FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM NOWDROPS.COM:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase.  To request a refund, please contact us via email below with your order number, name and reason for refund request:

A refund will be issued back to the credit card used to place the order.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. NowDrops reserves the right to request the returned product be shipped to us at purchaser’s expense. Purchaser is encouraged to use a traceable method for shipping, such as UPS or FedEx.

FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM A STORE OR OTHER THIRD PARTY RETAILER:

Consumers purchasing NowDrops products from an authorized Sovereign Silver retailer or e-commerce site should first attempt to return their product to the retailer from which they originally purchased. If the retailer does not accept a return, the consumer may contact NowDrops within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and NowDrops may at their sole discretion issue a refund.  We do not accept returns from unauthorized re-sellers such as eBay or other third party sites or sellers where product origin, storage, and quality controls cannot be confirmed.
